I recently found this channel after watching videos of Cole. Man I have t stopped watching you guys. Lance, it’s so awesome seeing all of you dirt guys on the baggers still riding!! Can’t wait to order some gear from you guys soon!!

It makes zero sense to me that one could consider the far simpler Evolution 80 engine as less reliable than any twin cam. Especially with the shoddy design for cam chain tensioners as compared to the technology of a Victory but here especially against the gear driven single cam of the Evolution. I always wanted a '90 Softail but haven't found one that's not over 50k or more on the odometer but I did find a super clean '94 FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide with what I suspect is a mostly stock Evo 80 with only 27k on it. It does have an Arlen Ness high flow air filter set-up but I haven't hardly ridden it yet. I definitely want to change out the tires before any long rides as they're cracking but have plenty of tread. I'll want to get a spare drive belt as it's as old as the tires, approximately 6 years and it had mostly been parked. The seller had installed a new CV knock off carb but it's not quite the same and is missing some vacuum inlets so I'm rebuilding the original and installing it back on the bike ASAP so I can get some riding in. Otherwise, I just also bought two Japanese 1100cc bikes, another '82 XJ1100J Maxim and an '86 Shadow VT1100C which has as much power as both the bikes you just tested. The Dyna is rated factory at 48hp the Shadow is around 78hp and it pulls like a freight train. The first liquid cooled bike though for the Shadow and it's got a leaking upper radiator hose which is impossible to find a direct OEM replacement. Don't you hate that!!? That's what I get for having rare one off machines! That Shadow model was only '85-86 and the XJ was only '82. Parts are more difficult to find but they're both great solid machines.

Beavs feature is the best part. Ultimate flex is your friends.

26:07 The blue '73 cone Shovelhead for the win! The overall design is tight - the frame geometry is right and no overly long fork. The bar/riser combo looks tuff. Those polished wheels are top shelf! I dig the narrowed tank/the early FXR-style dash! The color is dazzlin'! So is the copious amount of chrome! That bike just exudes "Rock N Roll!"

i've got a 1986 fxr-sp duel disk brakes up front it has a bigger cam ss carb aftermarket pipes it goes nick to nick with my brothers twin cam till about 60 and then im faster the evo stock heads need some work to flow well I got the bike new in 86 and still ride if
